These FAQs explain how SqueeZaa handles quote carts, MOQ, samples, OEM projects, certificates and export order communication for B2B buyers.
What does SqueeZaa supply?
SqueeZaa supplies wholesale fidget toys and stress-relief toys, including squishies, stress balls, fidget spinners, fidget cubes, Pop It toys, sensory toys and custom promotional squeeze toys.
Is SqueeZaa for retail consumers or B2B buyers?
SqueeZaa is built for B2B buyers such as importers, distributors, retailers, gift chains, promotional product buyers and e-commerce sellers. We do not operate as a single-piece consumer checkout store.
Why are prices not shown online?
Wholesale prices change by SKU, quantity, packaging, material, certificate requirement, exchange rate and shipping term. We confirm current FOB or EXW pricing by RFQ so buyers receive accurate order-specific quotes.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ depends on the product, carton quantity and packaging. Many suitable fidget toy programs can start from carton-based MOQ, commonly from 3 cartons, and mixed-carton trials may be available.
Can I mix different products in one quote cart?
Yes. Buyers can add multiple SKUs to the quote cart and send one inquiry. Our sales team will review carton logic, MOQ, packaging and whether the requested mix is practical.
Do you support OEM / ODM?
Yes. SqueeZaa supports logo printing, private-label packaging, color changes, barcode labels, warning labels, carton marks, existing-mold customization and selected new-mold development.
Can you provide samples?
Yes. Samples can usually be arranged after the SKU, destination country, shipping address and sample requirement are confirmed. Sample cost and courier fee are confirmed case by case.
Which certificates can you provide?
Depending on SKU and destination market, certificate support may include EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, CPC, CE, 10P, RoHS and related toy safety documents. Certificate scope is confirmed by item number.
How long is production lead time?
Lead time depends on product availability, customization level, packaging and order volume. Stock or existing-mold items are faster; new mold, custom packaging or retesting requires more time.
What information should I send for the fastest quote?
Send product links or SKUs, target quantity, destination country, packaging preference, certificate requirement, expected delivery date and whether you need logo or private-label support.
What payment and trade terms are available?
Payment terms, EXW details, delivery port, invoice information and shipping documents are confirmed in writing for each order before production or shipment.
Do you help with shipping?
We can provide carton quantity, gross weight, CBM and packing data for your forwarder. If needed, we can also coordinate shipping discussion based on destination and order size.
